What is the status of my order?
If you would like to check on the status of an order, sign into your account. If you have trouble signing in, you can recover your password.
We will be in fundraising mode up until the start of the event and beyond. You may make donations at any time, and will be allocated appropriately. If you have a request to how it should be allocated, please contact the organizer.
What payment types do you offer?
All of our transactions are handled through PayPal, which offers two ways to pay.
What does “local pickup” mean?
We only sell one physical item in our online store, and that is a t-shirt. These t-shirts will be made all at once, and will be mailed out as soon as they are ready. If you selected “local pickup” then you will be able to pick it up in-person at an upcoming event.
Can you ship outside the USA?
We are interested in the possibility, but we are a small organization right now. If you are willing to pay some extraordinary shipping fees for a t-shirt, let us know, and we can accommodate you.
